Healthy movement exercise class

Having a strong core helps prevent injury, but it’s an area many people don’t know how to effectively strengthen. Come learn a workout program that takes little to no equipment. These functional core exercises are safe, effective, and will help you move better in your daily life.

Seminars & Workshops

Dr. Abby Newsom is very passionate about conservative approaches to acute injuries and chronic complaints. She also advocates preventative care and works to teach her patients and the general public about how to gain and maintain optimal function ability and health. Dr. Newsom regularly attends continuing education seminars and is constantly working to keep up with current research to continue to grow her knowledge base and her ability to help her patients with the most innovative approaches to functional health care.
