New Patients

To schedule an appointment please call the office at (636) 244-5223.

New patients are scheduled for a 1 hour appointment. The necessary paperwork to bring to the first appointment can be e-mailed to new patients upon request to fill out prior to the visit. New patient paperwork is also available at the clinic to be filled out on the day of the visit. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Core Concepts Chiropractic, LLC is a contracted provider for Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and HealthLink. All other health insurance plans are considered to be "out of network" at this point in time.

Our office will be glad to call your insurance company to verify your health coverage benefits prior to your appointment. Please be advised that the benefits quoted to us by your insurance company are not a guarantee of payment. If you have any questions or concerns about your insurance coverage or fees owed, please contact our office. We will be happy to help in any way we can.
